We proudly present Rambu Collection, born from a heartfelt effort to gain a deeper understanding of our ancestors in Sumba, Indonesia.
Our studio believes that by creating heritage-focused designs, we are not only enhancing the design itself but also the landscape of traditional culture. At the heart of it all is a return to our roots, to what our ancestors accomplished in the past.
Through design, we want to give people the chance to fall in love again with the rich culture of Indonesia.
Behold Rambu Collection, born from a harmonious collaboration between @studio_hendro_hadinata and the hands of Sumbanese artisans. Weaving together the essence of local culture.
Its gentle curves, like river pebbles shaped by time, are a memory of our first steps on Sumba’s shores. Etched with embossed symbols of the earth elements. These forms whisper nature’s stories, inviting all to embrace the quiet beauty of this singular, monomaterial piece.
